Vitex acts on the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian (HPO) axis to help normalize progesterone levels and balance the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle. Often used to ease PMS, mood swings, breast tenderness, and irregular cycles, it supports better ovulatory health and is especially beneficial for women with low progesterone or estrogen dominance.

TONGKAT ALI (EURYCOMA LONGIFOLIA) Stress and vitality support. Traditionally used as an adaptogen, Tongkat Ali supports healthy cortisol levels, which can impact mood, energy, and motivation. In women, it can help support balanced hormones and buffer against chronic stress-related fatigue or burnout.

Metabolic Support

BERBERINE Supports glucose metabolism and inflammation modulation. A highly bioavailable metabolite of berberine, dihydroberberine enhances AMPK activation, supporting insulin sensitivity, fatty acid metabolism, and glucose uptake in cells. BLADDERWRACK / KELP (FOR IODINE) Thyroid and hormonal support.
